And just in case, we reserve the full rights for refusal of services without harming your consumer rights, as for us it’s safety first and giving a safe gaming environment for all of the participants.

- Strict Hygiene Protocols
As great pride as we take in our two fully equipped innovative gaming trucks, we are proud of our great team. With regular training for updates and refreshments, our team’s main motive is to follow strict hygiene protocols. Our team is responsible for having all of the gaming consoles, controllers, headsets, and accessories thoroughly sanitized before and after every event. In case of any unforeseen incidents during the event, our team is highly intuitive and takes the necessary steps for the safety of everyone involved. We have also made it mandatory for VR headsets to have disposable covers and antibacterial wipes for every change of players for a fresh and clean experience.
- Bad Weather
Both of our gaming trucks are well-designed innovatively with the highest level of insulation and climate-controlled environment within. The built-in vents, fans, heating, and air conditioning systems ensure a perfect environment inside for the most comfortable gaming experience despite any weather conditions outside. In very rare cases of flash floods, tropical storms, or hurricanes, very common in Houston, causing severe weather conditions that could question life and safety, we suggest and process the rescheduling of the event whenever aware in advance.
- Supervision policies
The team of The Game Truck consists of trained game coaches who play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all players. In addition to professionally monitoring gameplay and assisting players with the games and controllers, as well as solving technical issues, all while maintaining discipline, they are adequately trained to handle emergencies, taking necessary steps as swiftly as possible, and ensuring a safe gaming environment at all times. From your side, we expect and require a parent or a responsible adult guardian to be present at the event. If there are players of different age groups, children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult inside the truck.
- Food/ Drink
The game truck doesn’t allow any food or drinks inside the trailer for health and safety purposes and also cares for our equipment and technologies, avoiding any accidental critical situations.
- Alcohol/Drugs
Although we’ve never had any issues with any of our clients yet. But we do not entertain the use of any alcohol inside the truck. Our game coaches have been strictly instructed to forbid any excessively drunk person inside the truck. In the case of illegal narcotics or drugs, the use of them in or around the gaming event will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of the party right away.
- Refusal of services
In the cases of extreme weather conditions or any circumstance where there’s a potential threat to The Game Truck team, equipment, or guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to the client. In cases of mistreatments, or bad or aggressive behaviour too, we may refuse to start the gaming party or simply terminate the event immediately.
- Health and Comfort
Despite the availability of soft, comfortable couches and fully padded, luxurious gaming chairs, it is obvious that prolonged gaming can lead to fatigue, discomfort, and eye strain; hence, to mitigate such, our game coaches will encourage short breaks between the gaming sessions. Furthermore, they are also responsible for monitoring players for any signs of discomfort and adjusting the activities accordingly, without affecting other players since health and safety come well ahead of fun and entertainment.
- Damage/Injury
To be precise, we won’t be responsible for damages to your property and possessions or injuries due to your instructions to position the truck in a specific location. And in case of damages to the property and team of The Game Truck, you will be fully responsible. Our game coaches are regularly trained to handle emergencies, practising precautions to avoid accidents. They know first aid and are equipped with emergency kits in case of injuries. We would also like to state and remind you that all liability for damages or injuries is your sole responsibility.
- Pictures for posting on our website
As you are making memorable moments, our team also will be taking pictures of the party inside the gaming truck, which may be posted on our website and other social interfaces without any personal details. We do cater to your concern over personal privacy and safety, and so, in case you do not want us to take pictures at all, we request you to notify us during the event if not while booking us.
- Video Game Ratings
Being involved in the gaming business for so many years, we completely understand and strictly follow the need for filtering games as per the safety of the participants over their age differences. To be specific, we will not play any “M”-rated or video games with higher ratings without a request from the client or any responsible adult, and only if the audiences are of the correct legal age.
